Submitting an enquiry is a request for a quote and not an order. We reply with a written quote that states pricing, specifications, the period for which the quote is valid and expected timelines.

Information on this website, including product descriptions and options, is general guidance. The written quote is what applies to your order.

Placing an order

An order is confirmed when you accept the written quote and complete any advance payment the quote asks for. Payment methods and terms are stated in the quote.

Artwork, proofs and approvals

You are responsible for the accuracy of the text, images, contact details and colours in the artwork you supply or approve. Please check every proof carefully before approving it.

Printed colours can differ slightly from what you see on a screen. Material, finish and printing method also affect how colours appear.

Rights in your content

By supplying logos, images or text, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce them. You are responsible for any claim arising from content you provide.

Changes and cancellations

Printed and branded items are made to your specification. How changes and cancellations are handled is described in our Cancellation and Refund policy.

Delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping and Delivery policy and confirmed in your quote.
