Production timelines

Production time depends on the product, quantity, materials, finishing and our current workload. Timelines start after artwork is approved and any advance payment is received.

We do not publish fixed delivery dates for products. Your written quote states the expected timeline for your order, and we will tell you promptly if it changes.

Delivery coordination

Delivery method, packaging and charges are agreed for each order and stated in the quote. Tell us your delivery city and address when you enquire so we can plan the right option.

Where a courier or transport partner is used, we share dispatch details when the order leaves us.

Checking your delivery

Please check the packages when they arrive. If anything is damaged or does not match your approved proof, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details so we can look into it.
